Job Title- Planning and Billing Supervisor Job Location - Elamkulam Gandhinagar Kochi Kerala 682020 Qualification - Diploma/ B.E or B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) Work Experience: 2 –4 Years in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Billing in Water Network

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Planning & Billing Engineer in preparing the project execution schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS), and project billing milestones as per contract
  • Collect, verify, and record daily progress data from construction sites (pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, reservoirs)
  • Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site
  • Certify work done quantities and prepare RA bills and material reconciliation as per EPC contract terms
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to update project progress and flag deviations
  • Maintain records of contract documents, amendments, and variation orders
  • Prepare cost-to-complete reports, monthly billing statements, and cash flow projections for management review
  • Track consumption of major construction materials (pipes, valves, concrete, etc.) and reconcile with site stock
  • Generate progress reports (weekly, monthly) and present them to the Planning & Billing Engineer for review
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental management standards while collecting and certifying measurements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ B.E or B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical)
  • 2 –4 Years in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Billing in Water Network
  • In-depth knowledge of EPC project workflow, BOQ interpretation, and contract billing procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
  • Good understanding of water supply infrastructure (pipelines, pump houses, treatment plants)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective coordination and communication skills with site teams and clients
