Plan Approval Expert for Hull

• Lead FEM analysis of hull structural designs
• Provide technical support to ship designers throughout the plan approval process
• Collaborate with business development and site office teams
• Contribute to enhancing the company's market position in Japan
• Participate in professional development opportunities within a global network

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hull plan approval or structural design within the shipbuilding industry
• Proven expertise in FEM analysis techniques
• Experience working with Japanese shipbuilders is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented and detail-focused approach to work
• Adaptable and proactive problem-solving skills
