Job Description:

6-month internship in Debt Capital Markets team based in Paris advising clients regarding issuance of various fixed income products and capital structure. Intern will work alongside small team and collaborate with other departments like Fixed Income Sales and Corporate & Investment Bankers.

Job Responsibility:

Support senior team members in the origination and execution of live transactions including benchmark bonds and private placements for European Financial Institutions and Agencies
Prepare pitch books during preliminary stages of transactions
Collect market information to support client coverage and decision making
Prepare term sheets and indicative pricing updates
Condense research from various sources and prepare macro and credit market updates for clients

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a tier-1 university or top French 'Ecole de Commerce' or 'Ecole d'Ingénieur' that can provide an internship agreement
Fluent in French and English
Excellent analytical, presentation, and numerical skills
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
With student status and related visa covering the whole internship period

Nice to have:

Another European language (Italian, Spanish…)
Bloomberg, Dealogic or FactSet knowledge
