Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to join their team in providing top quality services in the MD, S PA, N VA, E WV, and DE areas

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and coordinating a job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget
  • Communicating progress with the project manager on a daily basis
  • Leading a crew of 4-6 fitters and welders, providing adequate direction and guidance pertaining to: Safety, Scope of Work, and Layout
  • Reading and understanding P&ID and orthogonal drawings
  • Installing in-line instrumentation, valves, and other appetences

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and ability to take a project from award to completion, with minimal support
  • Experience with instrumentation, controls, and connections to process equipment
  • Understanding and experience with valves and tanks
  • Ability to work off-shift and extended hours as needed
  • US Citizen or Green Card Verified and provides own hand tools
