Job Description:

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of therapy services throughout the US. They have developed new ways to improve rehab service, outcomes, communication, manage reimbursement, and help long-term care operators. Their unique approach ensures rehab programs start right and stay right. We are seeking Therapists to join the organization and become a part of their progressive team.

Job Responsibility:

Diagnose and treat individuals with movement limitations
Examine individuals and develop treatment plans
Use techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
Develop fitness- and wellness-oriented programs
Provide care in various settings including hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, work settings, and nursing homes
Engage in examination process including patient history, systems review, and tests
Establish diagnoses, prognoses, and plans of care
Provide interventions and modify as necessary
Develop and implement discharge plans

Requirements:

Must have current, unrestricted license in state of practice
Long Term Care experience
