Physical Therapist

Providing PT services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication

• Master’s Degree in physical therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
• One (1) years’ experience as a physical therapist. Community health, home health, outpatient or acute care setting
• National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and/or state examination required by the state of Arizona
• Current Arizona State Physical Therapy license in good standing
• A current Provider CPR certification from an accredited program

• Graduated with a doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
• Three (3) years’ experience as a physical therapist. community health, home health, outpatient or acute care setting
• Pelvic Floor training
• Spanish Speaking
