Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated PHP Web Developer to join a growing team based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining dynamic web applications, upgrade/integrations, and ensuring responsive web development. If you have a love for creating full service end-to-end solutions for great customer service, then this role is for you! MUST HAVE experience with Full Stack development in a web production environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Utilize PHP Frameworks for backend development
  • Manage Relational Databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Ensure the responsive design of web applications for optimal user experience
  • Debug and resolve issues using Atlassian Jira and other bug tracking tools
  • Develop scripts to enhance website functionality
  • Work with Apache server to host and manage websites
  • Maintain accurate records of development processes and updates
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the consistent and efficient execution of web development projects

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a PHP Web Developer for a minimum of three years
  • Proficient in Ajax, PHP Frameworks, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Skilled in MySQL PostgreSQL and management of Relational Databases
  • Expertise in Responsive Web Development to ensure optimal user experience on all devices
  • Experience with Apache web server administration
  • Ability to develop scripts for automation and functionality improvements
