Job Description:

Join our team as an ACT / MMT Pharmacy Technician Band 5/6 in Wales, with a 6-month fixed contract and a strong possibility of extension. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to optimise outcomes. Competitive hourly pay rates are offered for this full-time, onsite position.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration
experience working in ward-based and dispensary settings
strong communication and interpersonal skills
