Job Description:

This role involves working within a GP surgery to provide medicines management support. Responsibilities include medication reviews, patient engagement, prescription management, and record-keeping with SystemOne. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to patient care.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting structured medication reviews and reconciliation
Engaging directly with patients to enhance medicine adherence
Managing repeat prescriptions and ensuring safety protocols
Collaborating with clinical staff to reduce medicines-related risks
Using SystemOne to maintain up-to-date, accurate patient records

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
Primary care/GP experience is essential
Proficient with SystemOne
Strong communication and documentation skills
A proactive team player ready to get stuck in
