Requirements:

  • Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
  • If state board does not mandate minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age
  • If state board does not mandate minimum education, must have high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled
