Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health providing compassionate care to millions of patients, working in a retail pharmacy environment to help people on their path to better health by advising patients on prescriptions and helping manage chronic conditions.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate care to patients
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations
Support team in promptly, safely and accurately filling patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Maintain patient confidentiality
Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and Focus - ability to concentrate on tasks
Customer Service Orientation - friendly help for people
Communication Skills - verbal and written communication
Mathematical Reasoning - ability to use math to solve problems
Problem Resolution - judgment and decision making
Physical demands including standing, moving, lifting up to 30 lbs, visual acuity

Nice to have:

Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
