Job Description:

Are you an ambitious pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role in Harlow? We have a fantastic permanent opportunity with excellent salary and bonus potential!

Job Responsibility:

Managing the daily operations of the pharmacy
Leading and motivating a team of 5–7 staff members
Overseeing dispensing, stock management, and regulatory compliance
Driving performance to achieve key business targets (with bonus incentives)
Delivering excellent customer service and patient care

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
A proactive, leadership-driven mindset
Pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential – full support and training can be provided
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A passion for delivering high-quality healthcare in the community
