We are partnering with pharmacy in Sudbury to find a Pharmacy Manager for their facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical compliance, drive operational efficiency, and lead a diverse team of professionals. If you are a licensed Pharmacist with a track record of transforming potential into performance, this is your next big career move! We are ideally seeking a seasoned People and Process Manager - a current or prior Pharmacy Manager from any setting - who has led a team of 10+ professionals, in order to be set up for success.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute business action plans to meet aggressive operational goals, vision, and strategy
Oversee the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, orientation, training, performance appraisals, and wage reviews
Foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
delegate responsibility to create high engagement and a spirit of continuous improvement
Manage the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
control labour, material, and equipment budgets
Optimize workforce utilization and scheduling to maximize efficiency while ensuring service levels are met
Manage inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks or overstocks, minimize waste/expiry, and ensure strict control over narcotics and controlled substances
Maintain absolute compliance with provincial (OCP) and federal regulations
lead site certification audits and health & safety initiatives
Act as the face of the pharmacy, managing client relationships and resolving high-level escalations or risk management issues
Ensure all prescriptions are processed, billed, and stored according to professional and legal standards, protecting patient privacy

Requirements:

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
2+ years of pharmacist experience with demonstrated leadership competencies
Leadership experience as a Pharmacy Manager in any setting (licensee) is ideal
Experience leading a team of 10+ professionals
