Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you play a significant role within the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include delivering safe and effective retail pharmacy services, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving customer service excellence, managing inventory, and optimizing workflow. The role includes physical and technical tasks such as lifting, scanning, bagging, and utilizing precision tools.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
strong communication and presentation skills
complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
ability to lift, scan, and bag items
finger dexterity for picking, pinching, or typing
ability to reach overhead
precision control for adjusting machines to exact positions
stoop to a considerable degree using the lower body
close visual acuity for tasks like transcribing and using a computer terminal
oral communication skills for delivering information and instructions
occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
