Job Responsibility:
Enter prescriptions in Kroll with accuracy and efficiency, including public and private billing and adjudication and related problem solving
Support the prescription filling process by picking, labeling, and preparing medications
Communicate internally via email/Teams and assist with coordination of deliveries
Assist with pharmacy inventory: receiving, stocking, and tracking medications
Prepare and verify waybills and shipping details for outbound prescription deliveries
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists in a fast-paced, team setting
Maintain pharmacy records and assist with general housekeeping or administrative duties
Be ready to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of pharmacy experience in any pharmacy setting in Canada (Kroll-based) - including experience at intake of new and refill prescriptions
Strong working knowledge of Kroll prescription software, private and public prescription billing
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher (testing may be administered on-site to assess Kroll understanding, SIG and basic prescription-related math, insurance basics and related)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume, structured team environment
