Job Description:

Join our client’s pharmacy team in Chester and contribute to a highly supportive NHS service. As a Pharmacist, your role will include dispensing Clozapine for outpatient clinics, supplying stock to wards and supporting clinical teams, collaborating with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care, and playing a key part in improving medication safety and patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Dispensing Clozapine for outpatient clinics
Supplying stock to wards and supporting clinical teams
Collaborating with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care
Playing a key part in improving medication safety and patient outcomes

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Experience working as a Pharmacist, hospital experience is not required
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
