Job Description:

Join our primary care client's team as a weekend Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patient care across the region. This is an ongoing weekend locum contract covering Saturdays and Sundays (6 hours per day).

Job Responsibility:

handle medication requests submitted via Out of Hours services (111 triages)
provide safe and accurate clinical decisions in a fast-paced call centre environment
ensure timely processing of urgent medication requests
liaise with multidisciplinary teams as required to support patient needs

Requirements:

prior experience in a primary care pharmacy setting
full GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
ability to work on-site in Liverpool (Wavertree Head Office)
strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
