Job Description:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will perform comprehensive clinical screening of inpatient drug charts, review, assess, and correct medication charts to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy, deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration
experience working in hospital settings
experience with clinical screening of inpatient drug charts
experience working on wards
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Nice to have:

experience with EPMA systems
experience working with infectious diseases and cardiac patients
