Job Description:

Our client is seeking a permanent full-time personal injury litigation paralegal to join their team in Salisbury, NC. The role is critical in assisting with personal injury cases, including car, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, workers compensation, wrongful death, and cases involving hazardous chemicals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough research to bolster legal proceedings
  • Aid in the creation and review of legal documents
  • Uncover facts to aid in the settlement of legal disputes
  • Ensure strict compliance with both state and federal regulations
  • Maintain precise records of client information
  • Handle the filing of pleadings, issuing of subpoenas and responses to discovery
  • Offer litigation support, including e-filing and court filing

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills in Litigation Paralegal tasks
  • Experience in Injury Litigation
  • Ability to perform e-Filing tasks effectively
  • Court Filing procedures
  • Legal research
  • Must be able to provide Litigation Support
