Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role emphasizes relationship-building, customer support, and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll assist customers with banking needs, develop knowledge of bank products, and connect customers to additional resources.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
assist customers with basic requests related to accounts and credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services
interact with customers to build relationships
provide options for bank products and services
refer customers' financial needs to other team members

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
relevant military experience including working with protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, and officer reporting
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
proficiency in proactively sourcing and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
