This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management (including board-level interaction), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational business environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to the Executive Leadership Team
Be a strong professional communicator, supporting interactions with stakeholders including board members
Organise onsite and offsite meetings, events, and leadership sessions
Plan and book UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Ensure compliance with international travel requirements, such as visa and regulatory checks
Coordinate schedules and ensure timely distribution of travel and meeting plans
Support broader organisational projects, including ESG and other cross-functional initiatives
Work collaboratively with HR and other departments to deliver administrative and operational support
Requirements:
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar role
Experience supporting senior leaders within a multinational business
Strong organisational capability with high attention to detail
Demonstrable experience managing travel planning and logistics
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
