Job Responsibility:
Manage and organise calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision
Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication
Maintain and organise files and documents, ensuring all information is easily accessible
Perform various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
