The Personal Assistant & Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and overseeing general office operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and maintains a high level of urgency & discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Handle all personal requests made by CEO
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Oversee office operations and ensure a productive and organized work environment
Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless office functionality (be able to lift at least 30 lbs.)
Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and executive offsites as needed
Handle personal errands, reservations, and ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO
Maintain an organized approach to managing the CEO’s personal and professional priorities
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role (internships welcome)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Proficiency with common office tools (Microsoft Office, calendars, email, and basic document management)
Reliable, professional, and discreet with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
