Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in performance testing, specifically using Neoload. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of ensuring the quality and performance of software applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as analyzing results to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications
  • Utilize Neoload to conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing of applications
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on application performance and quality
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and performance considerations
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and performance engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in software testing with a focus on performance testing
  • Strong expertise in Neoload for performance testing
  • Proficient in creating and executing test cases and test scripts
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience in API testing and web services testing
  • Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
