Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Performance Officer! Are you passionate about performance management and eager to make a difference in the service industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Officer to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract basis in Hounslow. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with others, this opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Analysing and reporting on KPIs through the management of Confirm Dashboards
Supporting the Business Manager in effectively managing departmental performance issues
Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems for performance targets
Assisting in the development of performance strategies to drive continuous improvement
Managing non-compliance information and facilitating Paymech meetings
Compiling and submitting Monthly Monitoring Reports and Annual Service Reports
Communicating performance-related issues through presentations and reports
Coordinating the Internal Audit Plan and ensuring timely audits
Conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective action plans
Compiling Health and Safety statistics and exposure hours

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
A commitment to fostering a positive team environment and supporting company values
