Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Performance Officer! Are you passionate about driving excellence in the service industry? Do you have a knack for analysing data and enhancing performance? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a dedicated Performance Officer to join our vibrant team in Hounslow on a temp to perm basis.

Job Responsibility:

Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with teams to set performance benchmarks and goals
Prepare insightful reports that guide decision-making
Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives
Provide training and guidance to staff on best practises for performance enhancement

Requirements:

A proactive individual with a passion for performance management
Strong technical skills with an incredible eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Previous experience in performance or a similar role is a plus
