Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 9 years of relevant business experience required

Provide high-quality customer service and support, including incident and request management
Lead small to medium projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and facilitate meetings
Train end users and staff on systems and new functionality
Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience/certification
7+ years of progressive professional experience in information technology application development and support
5+ years’ experience in Oracle ERP Implementation and support focused on Design, modeling, implementation, testing and maintenance
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Fusion Lease accounting and modules on the Procure to Pay domain including Procurement, Payables, foundational Lease Management and Cash Management
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Oracle EBS modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Projects, Lease Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets acting as a strong functional Subject Matter Expert

Serve as Functional lead / Subject Matter Expert for Procure to Pay Domain which includes Procurement, Payables, foundational Lease Management and Cash Management modules of Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud
Lead functional design, assist in technical design and development, configuration, deployment and support of Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud solutions
Lead discovery sessions with business users / system integrators / consultants to gather, elicit and document business requirements, perform gap analysis against standard Oracle functionality, and capture the 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes
Design functional solutions for the P2P and Lease Accounting processes, including configurations, customizations, extensions, and integrations
Develop functional design specifications (e.g., User stories, MD.50, BRD) following standard methodologies
Configure Oracle modules related to the P2P process, such as Procurement, Payables, Lease Accounting and Cash Management
Develop Role based access management and Segregation of duties rules and monitoring for P2P domain, advise and assist in drawing up options for User roles and access privileges
Ensure documentation of RBAC and SOD is current and maintained on a regular basis for audit and compliance purposes
Coordinate data extraction and transformation processes from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud ERP
Design and implement transformation scripts/processes for cleansing, formatting, and enriching data
