We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Ops and Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decisions that enhance the employee experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of processes and initiatives
  • Partner with HR, RevOps, and Finance to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, project management and reporting processes
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and business leaders on data interpretation and utilization
  • Implement new company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Ensures data governance by administering and following policies/guidelines for providing and securing sensitive or confidential employee information
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and incorporate them into the organization's strategy
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of employee surveys, exit interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and link people data to organizational performance and outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HR systems and data management best practices
