Job Description:

As People Data Analyst for Group IT, you will develop, maintain and deliver high-quality HR analytics and reporting solutions within the global Group IT function, translating complex workforce data into actionable insights and visualisations. This role supports data-driven decision-making across the organisation by ensuring accurate, timely and relevant people data is available to key stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain HR KPI dashboards covering workforce analytics
  • Support regular and ad-hoc HR reporting needs
  • Translate stakeholder questions into actionable insights with clear presentation of findings
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for key HR figures
  • Deliver timely insights to all stakeholders
  • Support the automation of HR Reporting & Analytics processes
  • Implement new solutions, simplify processes, and leverage AI developments
  • Evaluate solutions to present key figures effectively
  • Advise stakeholders on finding the right HR analytics approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support interdisciplinary HR analytics initiatives
  • Represent Group IT requirements within the CoE People Analytics

Requirements:

  • Background in Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR Analytics, preferably within an international environment
  • Good understanding of HR metrics
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience in creating data-driven dashboards to answer business questions
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Python coding knowledge being advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information appropriately for different audiences
  • Working in a structured, independent way
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluent communication in English
