Competitive program limited to 30 fellowship positions. Monthly discussions are held in person to allow fellows to fully engage with one another and with speakers. The program is unpaid and nonresidential.
Job Responsibility:
Attend monthly discussions held after working hours
Attend additional events and meetings with Penn Kemble Forum alumni and NED staff
Attend social events (happy hours, theater visits, etc.) - optional
Requirements:
Must be based in the Washington, DC region
Must be available to attend a Saturday morning retreat held at the NED offices on September 21, 2024
Expected to attend a minimum of two-thirds of scheduled monthly roundtables
Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in international affairs, foreign policy, or national security
Internships or academic studies are not considered professional experience
