Job Description:

In the heart of Westminster an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School are on the hunt for a PE Teacher / PE ECT for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious PE Teacher / PE ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding PE Teacher Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
Working alongside a team of fantastic PE Teachers
TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
You must be able to work as part of a large team of PE Teachers
Must be willing to listen to feedback

Nice to have:

Good questioning & modeling skills
Experience inspiring and motivating younger generations
