Job Description:

The PDI Product Manager is responsible for the technical components of the system's capabilities and functions at Circle K. This role partners with functional stakeholders representing Price Book, Merchandising, Category Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Operations to define a prioritized roadmap, and concurrently works with technical resources within and outside the company to plan and deliver new capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Manages the goals and vision for the product and serves as the bridge between stakeholders and technical resources
Develops and maintains a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release timelines
Works closely with engineers, designers, developers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
Translates technical requirements into product features
Communicates the product vision and strategy to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers
Works with stakeholders to get funding approval and to manage the budget
Manages the technical delivery of improvements and works with operations to implement the capabilities effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, preferably in a technical or software-related domain
Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams
