PC Technician

• Deploy and replace computers (currently running Windows 11)
• Perform installations and upgrades, including full wipes where necessary before installing Windows 11
• Provide white-glove customer service, demonstrating professional etiquette such as knocking before entering offices
• Schedule and attend meetings to coordinate transitions, ensuring punctuality
• Communicate effectively with users, demonstrating strong social and interpersonal skills
• Manage domain access setup for new devices
• Oversee the full lifecycle refresh process, combining hands-on technical work with light project management responsibilities

• Experience with Windows 11
• Knowledge or experience with Office 365
• Previous experience on similar workstation set-up or refresh projects

Familiarity with Dell equipment (desktops and all-in-one models)
