We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for a large workforce across multiple states
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for over 500 employees
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide clear communication
Assist in improving payroll workflows and implementing best practices
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including full-cycle and multi-state payroll
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems
Experience handling payroll for organizations with 500+ employees
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries
