Job Description:

To be successful as Total Rewards Specialist, you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. Job Responsibility:

Work with company database programs to optimize & process payroll
Manage the payroll from A to Z to comply with deadlines
Leading the payroll of a Unit store and it’s stakeholders (P&C HR & People Planners)
Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management
Provide payroll expertise towards payroll specialists in Community of Expertise team
Support towards organization – a shared responsibility in the team)
Contribute with setting processes and delivering payroll expertise
Act as the owner of the HR Payroll system and create payroll support
First line contact with intern stakeholders - Store Unit P&C Management regarding payroll
Develop and maintain a solid partnership and open communication with the store P&C Team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education or market experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll preferably from a large scale company
Solid knowledge of Belgian Social Legislation Laws
Self-driven, able to work independently and motivated in finding new solutions
Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
Structured and organized with a hands-on approach
Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and good level of English
