Job Responsibility:
Process certified payroll for employees with precision and compliance
Manage payroll for prevailing wage projects
Ensure adherence to union payroll regulations and guidelines when applicable

Verify and prepare payroll documentation for audits or reporting purposes
Maintain accurate records and reports related to payroll activities

Apply expertise in New Jersey payroll laws and requirements to maintain compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Proficiency in handling multi-state payroll operations
Familiarity with certified payroll processes and prevailing wage requirements
Experience using payroll software for payroll management
