Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Payroll Specialist / Manager to join their enthusiastic team! Job Responsibility:

Timely Payroll Processing: Ensure precise payroll processing for their UK team and smaller international teams, adhering to all deadlines
Compliance Management: Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to guarantee compliance with local payroll laws and regulations
Diverse Payroll Tasks: Manage essential payroll functions and healthcare benefits as well as calculating comissions on perm and contract billings
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and management accountants to enhance payroll processes and maintain seamless communication across departments
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, driving efficiency and accuracy in payroll administration

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance with payroll laws
Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with finance teams
A proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency
Leadership potential, as there will be opportunities to recruit and mentor a Payroll Assistant as the organisation expands
