Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry, located in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role is for a Payroll Clerk who will be an integral part of our team by handling payroll for our employees and contractors.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for 150 employees using ADP
Handle separate payroll procedures for contractors
Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and data
Perform audits to ensure all payroll transactions are accurate
Manage accounts payable (AP) tasks as needed
Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various payroll tasks
Carry out accounting functions as per the established guidelines and procedures
Oversee benefit functions related to payroll processing
Resolve any payroll-related inquiries and issues

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Proficiency in using Ceridian
Knowledge of Dayforce software
Experience with About Time software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Skills in Auditing
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
