Job Description:

As a Payroll Clerk III, your role will entail inputting data from diverse sources such as individual time cards and production records into the computerized payroll system. You will be tasked with addressing employee queries and troubleshooting issues, and producing tax payments at federal, state, and local levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
  • Balancing multiple payroll runs
  • Producing tax payments at federal, state, and local levels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the payroll system
  • Responding to and resolving employee queries related to payroll
  • Accurate maintenance of customer credit records
  • Supervising the payroll functions to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhering to established practices and procedures in the payroll function
  • Utilizing independent judgment for resolving payroll issues
  • Accurate input of data from individual time cards and production records into the computerized payroll system

Requirements:

  • Proficient in payroll procedures and best practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll functions
  • Skilled in payment processing techniques
