Job Responsibility:
Keep up-to date and accurate payroll records for each employee
Look after Time and Attendance (T&A) records
Deliver all payroll-related business processes, such as starters, leavers, absences, etc.
Manage administrative duties including statutory deductions, such as SSP, SMP, SPP etc.
Proactively handle all first-line internal and external payroll queries
Provide the highest standard of service to our colleagues
Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Represent the business with pride and brings the Ann Summers values to life every day
Requirements:
Experience in payroll administration, ideally within Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or Care
Confident with Excel and system processes
Super detail focused
A 'lets get it done' attitude who loves a busy, fast-moving environment
Great at building and maintaining strong working relationships
