Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a Technology team located in North York. Do you have experience processing high-volume weekly and biweekly payroll? ... Do you have strong experience with ADP WFN? Are you confident in your knowledge of Canadian Payroll including Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario?

Job Responsibility:

Manage the complete payroll cycle for employees across Canada, accurately processing both weekly and bi-weekly pay runs in adherence to all provincial and federal regulations
Process and execute all administrative tasks within the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) platform
Administer all employee benefits, including accurate calculation, deduction, and reconciliation of health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring proper integration with payroll
Ensure full compliance by managing and submitting all government remittances, preparing year-end reporting (T4s, RL-1s), and maintaining meticulous payroll records and documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay and basic benefits, providing courteous and timely resolution
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on an as-needed basis, assisting with functions such as new hire onboarding and general record management
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling all sensitive employee data and payroll information

Requirements:

PCP or PLP designation preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience processing payroll for Canadian employees is required
Multiprovince payroll processing experience is required
Experience with ADP WFN is required
Experience with employee benefits is required
