Payments Product Conformance Monitoring Manager

• Serve as Business Owner of the Business Fraud Monitoring program
• Define and execute Citi Payments fraud detection strategy
• Provide authoritative subject matter expertise on wholesale payment fraud typologies
• Drive the end-to-end design of fraud detection services
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, and other Risk functions
• Evaluate and engage with third-party fraud solution providers
• Partner with Fraud Risk and Controls teams to interpret regulatory obligations
• Scan the external environment for industry and regulatory insights
• Engage with Business groups and Clients to ensure alignment on operating model

• Significant experience in fraud prevention and risk management within a large financial institution
• Deep understanding of wholesale payment products and associated fraud typologies
• Experience working with AI/ML based monitoring systems and models
• Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Data management (e.g., data sourcing, manipulation, and verification)
• Familiar with Excel, VBA, SQL, and other simple programming languages
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred)
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
