Job Description:

Join our client's team, a Fortune 50 organization, and leader in the healthcare industry as a Patient Service Representative in a fully remote capacity from your home. Serve as the patient's primary point of contact, answering queries, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Answering high volumes of patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a consistent and exceptional customer service experience
Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
Accurately recording and maintaining patient records
Coordinating with medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements:

Prior healthcare and customer service experience
Completion of an internet speed test, a typing test, and a computer literacy test
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively
Ability to meet high-level call center metrics
Reliable high-speed internet connection
