Job Description:

The Patient Service Representative will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate through the registration process, and addressing their concerns with empathy and understanding. The role involves managing and maintaining accurate patient records.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate patient check-in and registration
Handle inbound calls and queries
Utilize multiple software programs for data entry
Collaborate with medical professionals
Display empathy and build rapport with patients
Navigate through various health plans and insurance coverage details
Maintain a fast-paced work rhythm
Work closely with your team
Utilize the Epic System for managing patient records
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls
Ability to handle authorizations
Experience with benefit functions
Familiarity with billing functions
Skill in interpreting and creating charts and graphs
Experience with the Epic System
Proficiency in using Epic Software
