Job Description:

The role involves supporting students with behavioral and special educational needs in a holistic school, working directly with professionals and mentoring students. It's a great opportunity to gain practical experience and build a career related to psychology or social sciences.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside psychological and behavioural professionals, learning their craft as you shadow them
Mentor a child and support their development
Support students with a variety of SEN/SEMH needs
Make decisions on the care the child receives

Requirements:

1st Class/2:1 in a Social Sciences Degree
Strong Academic Record
Experience working with children/young people
Experience with additional needs is desirable
Strong communication skills
Friendly and bubbly personality

Nice to have:

Experience with additional needs
