Parts Apprentice

• Assisting customers to order the right parts
• Receiving and dispatching parts
• Helping solve customer enquiries face to face and over the phone and email
• Process sales transactions, including raising invoices and credits for goods supplied and handling returns
• Co-ordinate with other departments, such as the service desk and the workshop
• Compile parts from job cards for repairs being carried out in the workshop

• Candidates who want to kickstart their career in the automotive industry and who are keen to learn
• Must be dedicated and have a proactive approach to work and learning
• Able to prioritise and work to timelines
• Willingness to work in a practical environment using own initiative
• Good IT skills and an ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• Attention to detail
• Must have or expect to gain National 4 or above in English and Maths

A full UK Driving licence
