Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Partner Support Coordinator III to join our team in a long-term contract position. This role requires an individual to oversee and manage orders from contracted sales partners, ensuring efficient processing and successful completion. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and teamwork while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process incoming orders from contracted selling partners and input them into the system with precision
  • Monitor the progress of orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all timelines are met
  • Serve as the main point of contact between authorized selling partners and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with partners and team members
  • Handle data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring information accuracy
  • Adapt to a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Provide regular updates on order status and escalate issues when necessary
  • Utilize CRM and HRIS systems to manage partner information and track order progress
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and improving processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and communication roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a virtual environment
  • Telecom industry background preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs
