Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing the life cycle of large events, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing
act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders
manage other departments’ tasks to ensure timely delivery
communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams
create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user incidencies
ensure all documentation required to achieve project goals is complete
on-site presence may be required during launch or important dates.

Requirements:

Degree qualified with a project management background
thrive in a fast-paced environment
flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized mindset
entrepreneurial individual
mix of project management and operational experience
comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure delivery of requirements on time
delivering results in an ambiguous environment
exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners
3+ years in a project management role or consulting background
fluent English
huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating resolutions
strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
highly organized and efficient
curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief
able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
collaborative and willing to work on all required events tasks
knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
strong academic background is a plus.
