Partner Business Managers serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities. The role involves driving revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans, articulating HPE strategies, and ensuring partners are compliant with HPE’s requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Serves as a trusted advisor to the Partner
Drives end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline
Articulates HPE strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through the Partner
Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner
Demonstrates business and sales leadership
Tailors selling solutions to fit the Partner's needs
Monitors Partner sales floor to develop pipeline
Ensures partners are aware of HPE's SBC requirements
Requirements:
University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Typically 4-8+ years of selling experience
Solid experience in selling to partners desired
Nice to have:
Solid awareness of current technology trends and related HPE strategy
Selling skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Financial accounting concepts understanding
Proactive forecasting and sales quota management
