Job Description:

Partner Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of major events and serving as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Manage entire life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing
Main point of contact between all stakeholders
Coordinate other departments to ensure delivery of requirements on time
Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
On-site presence during event launch or important dates when required

Requirements:

Degree qualified with project management background
1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent level of English
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Ability to think strategically
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

Other languages
Event experience
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
Strong academic background
